Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide tailor-made support to guests with elegance and discretion
• Perform treatments according to established protocols and partner brands
• Act as an ambassador and advisor for the Spa
• Maintain Spa dynamics and service quality
• Manage opening and closing of the space and treatment preparation
• Coordinate and support the team members

Requirements

• Specialized training in Spa/Massage expertise
• Valid diploma in aesthetics
• Mastery of luxury hospitality codes
• Basic knowledge of English
• Ability to handle high-activity periods
• Empathic, reliable, and flexible personality
