Spa Operations Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms including lighting, scent, music, linens, robes, and product trays
• Sanitize and reset treatment spaces between appointments with precision
• Manage linen and laundry flow including washing, drying, folding, and restocking
• Maintain hot springs areas, treatment lounges, robing rooms, and retail displays
• Support concierge by running beverages and restocking amenities

Requirements

• Onsite availability in Whitwell, TN
• Weekend and holiday availability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina to stay on feet and lift up to 30 pounds
• Commitment to sanitation and infection-control standards
• Basic AI fluency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and willingness to use AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in spa, luxury hotel, wellness, or high-end hospitality
• Familiarity with spa or hospitality software
• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or back-of-house hospitality
