Spa Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective and efficient spa operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards
• Supervise, train, and develop spa staff including massage therapists and estheticians
• Manage administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and labor forecasting
• Handle inventory management, purchasing, and par stock maintenance
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment through daily inspections
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA regulations
• Act as a liaison between spa practitioners, leadership, and guests
• Assist with budget management and cost-saving measures

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex teams of 8 or more
• Experience in resort, spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality management preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overlapping deadlines
• Proficiency with technology, including Oasis, Book4Time, and scheduling software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician in the State of Hawaii
• Experience coaching and developing employees
