Spa Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse spa team
• Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling and resource allocation
• Develop strategic initiatives to enhance guest experiences and loyalty
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
• Maintain quality assurance standards across all treatments and services
• Coordinate with hotel departments to support marketing and guest journeys
• Innovate new spa treatments and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback for data-driven decisions
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management
• Expertise in financial management and budgeting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional guest service orientation in a luxury environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and wellness industry trends
• Proficiency in spa management software and POS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
