SPA Manager

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development of the SPA and sauna team
• Active participation in treatments within the cosmetics or massage area
• Ensuring excellent service as well as the highest quality and hygiene standards
• Managing operational SPA operations and continuous optimization of processes and offerings
• Responsibility for budget, occupancy, and economic key figures
• Continuous development of the SPA area in close cooperation with the General Manager

Requirements

• Completed training in cosmetics, massage, wellness therapy, or similar
• Several years of experience leading a spa, wellness, beauty, or hotel team
• Passion for hospitality and high-level service
• Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational talent
• Strong communication skills and initiative
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (5-day week, no night shifts)
• Very good German skills (written and spoken) and good English skills
