Spa Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa activities and ensure smooth service delivery
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate spa staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
• Manage budgets, profit and loss statements, and financial goals
• Develop promotions and implement marketing campaigns
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations
• Manage supplies and coordinate with vendors for inventory replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or hospitality leadership
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends
• Financial acumen for budgeting and revenue management
• Proficiency in scheduling systems, POS software, and inventory management tools
