Spa Lifeguard/Aquatic Coach

Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and/or closing the Wellness area
• Act as a Spa Ambassador to create connections with guests and anticipate needs
• Supervise the aquatic area, changing rooms, and gym for safety and harmony
• Manage replenishment of linens, refreshments, and consumables
• Monitor temperatures and equipment functionality (sauna, hammam, pools, jacuzzi, etc.)
• Coordinate with the technical service when necessary
• Implement aquatic activities for guests and children
• Lead and supervise weekly children's pool parties

Requirements

• BNSSA or BPJEPS AAN certification
• Operational English proficiency
• Dynamic, observant, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events
• Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
