About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the Wellness area
- Act as a Spa Ambassador to create connections with guests and anticipate needs
- Supervise the aquatic area, changing rooms, and gym for safety and harmony
- Manage replenishment of linens, refreshments, and consumables
- Monitor temperatures and equipment functionality (sauna, hammam, pools, jacuzzi, etc.)
- Coordinate with the technical service when necessary
- Implement aquatic activities for guests and children
- Lead and supervise weekly children's pool parties
Requirements
- BNSSA or BPJEPS AAN certification
- Operational English proficiency
- Dynamic, observant, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events
- Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
