Responsibilities

• Lead and support the luxurious Resort and Spa team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure a caring and gracious experience for all club members
• Maintain professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
• Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment to fulfill the club's mission

Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience working in a spa environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective judgment skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability or a strong interest in taking on a lead role
• Enthusiastic attitude and a deep commitment to hospitality
