Spa Host/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to spa guests at reception, concierge, and reservations
• Greet guests entering and leaving the spa facilities professionally
• Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments using spa computer systems
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and facility features
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment, including monitoring locker areas
• Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, and special promotions
• Handle guest questions and concerns courteously to ensure complete satisfaction
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including balancing funds

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for working with people
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and balancing funds
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and loss prevention guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in concierge, reservation sales, or retail
• Familiarity with spa products, services, and industry terminology
• Sales training and comfort with suggestive selling
• Proficiency with computers
• Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese languages
