Spa Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial and body treatments in accordance with Tenaya Stone Spa protocols
• Administer waxing services and various body treatments with excellent massage and extraction techniques
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization as directed by law and spa policy
• Perform room preparation, cleaning, and restocking to ensure readiness for guests
• Actively promote spa treatments, services, merchandise, and programs to meet goals
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Properly care for equipment and manage product usage to remain cost-effective

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must hold and maintain a valid State of California Esthetician license
• Previous experience working in a spa or hotel environment
• Strong verbal communication skills and excellent guest service abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive situations independently using service recovery methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a spa environment
• Basic computer knowledge
