About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional guidance to guests regarding spa procedures, services, and products
- Manage spa bookings accurately using Book4Time and Opera systems
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and retail sales/up-selling
- Maintain spa environments, including locker rooms, pool decks, and fitness centers
- Perform opening and closing duties such as stocking amenities and managing paperwork
- Communicate guest needs, complaints, or staff scheduling changes to the Spa Manager
- Ensure high standards of sanitation, safety, and organization throughout the facility
Requirements
- High School diploma required; college or secondary education preferred
- At least 2 years of clerical or administrative experience in a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
