Responsibilities
- Deliver the Welcome & Wellness Haven tour and guide guests through signature experiences
- Protect the emotional and physical flow of the guest's spa day
- Recommend Day-2 renewals, retail products, and premium beverages through personalized care
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-touch luxury hospitality, spa, or premium retail
- Proven experience in guest recommendations or upselling in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Whitwell, TN on a hospitality schedule including weekends
