Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Manage laundry and refill products
• Perform light janitorial work
• Maintain 5-Star standards in presentation and service
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guest service needs
• Assist individuals with disabilities
• Follow all company safety and security policies
• Support the team in reaching common goals

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Open shift availability for specific shifts (Mon, Thu, Sun)
• Detail-oriented and energetic
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Professional personal appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries
