Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Manage spa setup and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and harmony in treatment rooms and guest areas (changing rooms, gym, aquatic area, sauna, hammam)
• Ensure daily replenishment of linens, products, beverages, and amenities
• Monitor technical interventions and pool temperatures
• Welcome and provide tailor-made assistance to guests following Palace/LQA standards
• Participate in monthly inventories and stock management
• Coordinate with the wellness team to ensure smooth internal information flow

Requirements

• Discretion, alertness, and strong observational skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining luxury standards
• Operational English proficiency
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment is a plus
