Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized first impression
• Manage spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists to ensure smooth treatment schedules
• Handle guest enquiries via telephone, in person, and digital channels
• Process payments including cash, credit card, and room charges
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support retail sales by introducing guests to spa products
• Assist guests with completing consultation forms

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services
• Experience with reservation systems and payment procedures
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
