About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized first impression
- Manage spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes
- Coordinate with Spa Therapists to ensure smooth treatment schedules
- Handle guest enquiries via telephone, in person, and digital channels
- Process payments including cash, credit card, and room charges
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support retail sales by introducing guests to spa products
- Assist guests with completing consultation forms
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services
- Experience with reservation systems and payment procedures
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
