SOX IT Audit Assurance & Advisory Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT SOX 404 testing program and manage the controls testing plan based on materiality and regulatory expectations.
• Identify, evaluate, and document control deficiencies, working with owners to establish remediation plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day testing activities with IT control owners, IT Compliance, and External Audit.
• Provide regular status updates, issue tracking, and emerging theme reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the SOX testing program, including automation and analytics.
• Lead and coach assigned SOX testing staff and co-sourced resources, ensuring adherence to methodology.
• Oversee ITGC controls testing, including walkthroughs, design effectiveness, and operating effectiveness testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in Audit, IT, Compliance, Risk, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, Key Reports, and SDLCs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CISA, CIA, CPA, CISM, CRISC, or CFE.
• Previous experience leading projects or managing teams.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
