SOW Uplift Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards, and UBS policies within the Wealth Management Support Office.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services by proposing new, efficient ideas.
• Act as a key support pillar for the successful delivery of major regulatory-driven programs.
• Partner with front-to-back stakeholders to define practical solutions that meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail when updating relevant systems and managing documentation.

Requirements

• Experience working within Financial Institutions, specifically in documentation processing roles.
• Knowledge of the Singapore (SG) and Hong Kong (HK) regulatory landscapes.
• Strong understanding of Source of Wealth (SOW) requirements and processes.
• A strong risk and control mindset with a structured, logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
