About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full customer delivery lifecycle from kickoff to renewal and growth
- Manage a team of Deployment Strategists, Customer Advocates, and Trainers
- Monitor customer health and proactively intervene to prevent declining adoption or risk
- Identify in-customer growth opportunities and partner with Sales to execute them
- Ensure renewals by maintaining an honest view of customer health and de-risking accounts
- Partner with regional Sales counterparts to turn delivery success into new business pipelines
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or business operations leadership
- At least 3 years of experience managing customer-facing teams
- Proven track record owning customer outcomes including adoption and renewal metrics
- Deep familiarity with enterprise software deployment and technical workflow development
- Ability to travel within the region regularly (~50%)
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or strong familiarity with public safety, law enforcement, or government technology
