Responsibilities

• Develop the Property insurance portfolio for companies with turnovers between €0 and €500M.
• Expand underwriting expertise into a second product line within the same segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a panel of brokers, ensuring regular dialogue with both brokers and clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Branch Managers, to drive cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze account-specific information to ensure risk reports are accurate and compliant with underwriting strategies.
• Manage and monitor an existing portfolio to ensure retention and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Property underwriting with a high level of underwriting authority.
• Strong expertise in risk analysis and the interpretation of claims data.
• Experience managing multinational clients and understanding program structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and develop professional broker relationships.
• Native French language skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work both autonomously under delegated authority and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous underwriting experience in a second line of business (such as Liability, A&H, Marine, or Technical Risks) is highly appreciated.
