About the role

About the Company

Ellery Beach House features two fantastic restaurants: Palmers, serving Mediterranean food inspired by Nice and the Amalfi Coast, and Coco Beach Club, offering a relaxed atmosphere with Cali-style food.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and Executive Chef with menu planning and development
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team in daily operations
  • Ensure food quality meets high standards and service protocols
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering
  • Follow and maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably as a Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership skills and a coaching attitude
  • High sense of hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Creativity and ability to develop new dishes and concepts
  • Proficiency in Swedish or English
