Responsibilities

  • Work in both hot and cold kitchens, participating in prep and service
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team during service
  • Ensure high quality, presentation, and adherence to routines
  • Plan orders and purchases in collaboration with the Head Chef
  • Contribute to menu development and business planning
  • Maintain order, structure, and hygiene routines in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a top-class guest experience

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Experience from à la carte restaurants and ideally event operations
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Strong interest in food, drink, and development
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Eye for detail, structure, and quality
  • Previous experience in large-scale event or arena operations is a merit
