Responsibilities
- Work in both hot and cold kitchens, participating in prep and service
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team during service
- Ensure high quality, presentation, and adherence to routines
- Plan orders and purchases in collaboration with the Head Chef
- Contribute to menu development and business planning
- Maintain order, structure, and hygiene routines in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a top-class guest experience
Requirements
- Experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Experience from à la carte restaurants and ideally event operations
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Strong interest in food, drink, and development
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Eye for detail, structure, and quality
- Previous experience in large-scale event or arena operations is a merit
