About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining high performance and consistency
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control across all sections
- Support menu planning, recipe development, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Excellent English communication skills; Russian language proficiency is an advantage
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety protocols
