Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen department, ensuring the highest standards of culinary experiences for guests
- Work as a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide quick, positive responses to inquiries
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure professional, timely execution
- Implement department plans and goals in accordance with hotel initiatives
- Collaborate closely with supervisors regarding cost and inventory control to achieve efficiency levels
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships while promoting company culture
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, due diligence requirements, and best practices, including HACCP and audit documentation
Requirements
- Documented experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Practical, engaged approach to work with a "Yes, I Can!" attitude
- Passion for the hospitality and gastronomy industry
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of responsibilities
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Polish; English language skills are a plus
