About the role
Responsibilities
- Enforce food safety and health guidelines
- Provide input for restaurant and bar menu creation
- Complete daily food production sheets and reports
- Manage station setup, cleaning, and stocking
- Assist in quarterly inventories and ensure FIFO rotation
- Inspect ingredient quality upon delivery
- Organize cleaning and sanitation of work areas, coolers, and pantry
- Train kitchen staff and lead periodic coaching meetings
- Work with Executive Chef on staff scheduling
- Inspect orders for temperature, quality, and portion size
- Respond to guest requests for special dietary accommodations
- Maintain current and seasonal recipes
Requirements
