About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enforce food safety and health guidelines
  • Provide input for restaurant and bar menu creation
  • Complete daily food production sheets and reports
  • Manage station setup, cleaning, and stocking
  • Assist in quarterly inventories and ensure FIFO rotation
  • Inspect ingredient quality upon delivery
  • Organize cleaning and sanitation of work areas, coolers, and pantry
  • Train kitchen staff and lead periodic coaching meetings
  • Work with Executive Chef on staff scheduling
  • Inspect orders for temperature, quality, and portion size
  • Respond to guest requests for special dietary accommodations
  • Maintain current and seasonal recipes

Requirements
