- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen activities to ensure high-level culinary experiences
- Work within a team to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
- Fulfill daily assignments to maintain departmental quality standards
- Coordinate daily activities with the Head Chef to achieve economic and qualitative goals
- Build strong professional relationships with colleagues
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies
