Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Develop flavors and culinary creations to exceed guest expectations
• Maintain high standards of food quality and ingredient usage
• Manage budgets and inventory levels
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and high guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in professional kitchen environments
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Proficiency in German and English
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
• Openness to using digital tools and new systems
• Strong communication skills
