Responsibilities

• Support leadership in bakery operations, ensuring technical excellence and quality
• Lead, develop, and inspire the team, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration
• Supervise the production of breads, doughs, pastries, and other preparations
• Contribute to the creation, evolution, and standardization of recipes and technical sheets
• Manage ingredients, inventory, and operational costs
• Ensure food safety standards, organization, and hygiene
• Develop talent through technical training and team monitoring
• Participate in professional selection processes
• Act closely with other hotel kitchens to ensure an integrated gastronomic experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in high gastronomy, fine dining, or luxury hospitality
• Degree in Gastronomy (preferred)
• Specializations or complementary courses in bakery
• Mastery of high-standard bakery, pastry, and gastronomic production techniques
• Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitary legislation
• Knowledge of professional kitchen equipment, processes, and operational standards
• Ability to interpret and develop technical sheets and control inventory
