About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and organization standards
  • Foster positive relationships with cooks, Chefs, and Front of House teams
  • Communicate upcoming menus, features, and events to the team
  • Manage ordering and inventory
  • Coach, train, and develop cooks and co-op students
  • Participate in à la carte service and special events
  • Solve problems and resolve conflicts to maintain a collaborative culture

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of professional cooking methods and knife skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Full availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or degree
