About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor kitchen operations and cleanliness

  • Mentor and coach junior cooks and co-op students
  • Communicate upcoming menus and events to the team
  • Maintain positive relationships with FOH teams and company colleagues
  • Execute recipe creation and high-quality cooking

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
  • Proficient in professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
  • Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or degree
