  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain continuous quality and consistent dining standards in line with One&Only excellence
  • Support the Chef de Cuisine in managing culinary teams and kitchen staff
  • Drive menu development and culinary innovation within the Levantine cuisine category
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and adherence to luxury dining protocols

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef position
  • Proven experience working within luxury resorts or five-star hotel environments
  • Extensive and deep knowledge of traditional and contemporary Levantine cuisine
  • Expertise in menu development and high-end culinary presentation
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creativity and dynamism
