Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Maintain continuous quality and consistent dining standards in line with One&Only excellence
- Support the Chef de Cuisine in managing culinary teams and kitchen staff
- Drive menu development and culinary innovation within the Levantine cuisine category
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and adherence to luxury dining protocols
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef position
- Proven experience working within luxury resorts or five-star hotel environments
- Extensive and deep knowledge of traditional and contemporary Levantine cuisine
- Expertise in menu development and high-end culinary presentation
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creativity and dynamism
