Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet hotel located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with a gastronomic restaurant and exceptional mountain views.

Responsibilities

  • Manage mise en place and participate in culinary production
  • Ensure equipment availability for smooth service
  • Verify that chef-established processes and organization are respected
  • Monitor team performance regarding cooking, plate cleanliness, temperature, and timing
  • Ensure high standards of culinary quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen areas
  • Manage kitchen closing procedures including cleaning, security, and packaging
  • Control and master costs to ensure kitchen profitability
  • Participate in stock management and ensure quality/quantity of supplies
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Strong autonomy and discretion
  • Highly organized and thoughtful approach
  • Excellent communication and team player mindset
  • Leadership skills with an exemplary professional image
  • Perfect knowledge of all culinary roles
