About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
- Provide operational support to the Cluster Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef.
- Assist in meeting divisional targets and objectives to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Protect all assets of Swissôtel Clark through diligent kitchen management.
- Ensure high service levels are maintained even under high-pressure environments.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef capacity.
- Strong leadership qualities and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Culinary school certification from a reputable institution.
