About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the work of kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
  • Provide operational support to the Cluster Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef.
  • Assist in meeting divisional targets and objectives to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Protect all assets of Swissôtel Clark through diligent kitchen management.
  • Ensure high service levels are maintained even under high-pressure environments.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef capacity.
  • Strong leadership qualities and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Culinary school certification from a reputable institution.
