About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day requisitioning of stocks to ensure consistent quality and cost-effective catering services
  • Institute required procedures and quality control checks on all shifts to ensure high-standard guest service
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly allocation of staff duties and shift planning
  • Maintain accurate daily stock records for the restaurant and outlets
  • Ensure all kitchen staff follow resort management standards and procedures
  • Report equipment and maintenance faults in line with company standards
  • Enforce full compliance with Food Safety and HACCP standards
  • Assist in the mentoring and professional development of the kitchen team

Requirements

  • Certified Chef qualification from a recognized institute
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English
  • At least 1 year of experience at a similar Sous Chef level
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-standard restaurant or catering institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a luxury resort environment
