About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day requisitioning of stocks to ensure consistent quality and cost-effective catering services
- Institute required procedures and quality control checks on all shifts to ensure high-standard guest service
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly allocation of staff duties and shift planning
- Maintain accurate daily stock records for the restaurant and outlets
- Ensure all kitchen staff follow resort management standards and procedures
- Report equipment and maintenance faults in line with company standards
- Enforce full compliance with Food Safety and HACCP standards
- Assist in the mentoring and professional development of the kitchen team
Requirements
- Certified Chef qualification from a recognized institute
- Proficiency in both Greek and English
- At least 1 year of experience at a similar Sous Chef level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-standard restaurant or catering institution
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a luxury resort environment
