About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations
- Maintain high hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
- Organise and coordinate the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a role model by maintaining high standards for every plate served
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during service
