Sous Chef

Responsibilities

• Organize daily kitchen operations and act as deputy for the Head Chef in their absence
• Independently prepare and cook all dishes for both hot and cold kitchens
• Manage buffet service and participate in "Front Cooking" activities
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Maintain high culinary standards in a high-end lounge environment (no à-la-carte)

Requirements

• Completed professional training as a chef
• Several years of professional experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar gastronomic role
• Strong sense of quality, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Flexibility to work in shifts
