Sous Chef

Responsibilities

• Organize daily kitchen operations and act as deputy for the Head Chef in their absence
• Independently prepare all hot and cold dishes
• Manage buffet service and participate in "front cooking" activities
• Maintain strict quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP
• Ensure high-quality culinary presentation for international passengers in a lounge setting

Requirements

• Professional training as a chef
• Several years of experience as a chef, sous chef, or in a similar gastronomic role
• Strong knowledge of HACCP standards
• Proficiency in both German and English
• High level of commitment, resilience, and a hands-on mentality
• Flexibility to work in shifts
