Human Magnet is supporting a gastronomic restaurant in Lyon in recruiting its future Sous-Chef. The establishment offers demanding and contemporary cuisine, driven by a structured and committed brigade, with a clear ambition to become a reference table and achieve its first Michelin star.

Responsibilities

• Act as an operational and managerial relay in close collaboration with the Chef
• Supervise, train, and develop the kitchen teams
• Guarantee the quality of dishes and the consistency of standards
• Participate in menu evolution and culinary reflections
