Campo Pizza is a Roman-style pizzeria in Ann Arbor focused on long fermentation, disciplined prep, and high-quality ingredients. We are a growing restaurant group looking for honest, improvement-minded people to help shape our standards and culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead prep, line setup, service execution, and shift flow
- Train cooks on recipes, systems, station standards, and service expectations
- Execute and refine the Roman-style pizza program, including dough, sauces, and toppings
- Support inventory, ordering, waste tracking, and food cost control
- Collaborate with FOH and management to ensure smooth service
- Contribute ideas for specials, seasonal menus, and process improvements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience
- At least 2 years in a kitchen leadership role
- Experience leading cooks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong interest in pizza, fermentation, or Italian cuisine
- Proficiency in recipe execution, inventory, costing, and quality control
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
