Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Chef
  • Ensure continuous quality in all culinary services
  • Maintain hygiene standards and ensure strict compliance with HACCP regulations
  • Manage food orders while controlling costs and meeting budget objectives
  • Oversee the development and initial implementation of dishes
  • Manage training for new kitchen staff
  • Execute closing procedures according to established protocols
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Mastery of all culinary techniques
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
  • Ability to satisfy a highly demanding clientele
