Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Chef
- Ensure continuous quality in all culinary services
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure strict compliance with HACCP regulations
- Manage food orders while controlling costs and meeting budget objectives
- Oversee the development and initial implementation of dishes
- Manage training for new kitchen staff
- Execute closing procedures according to established protocols
- Lead and manage the kitchen team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Mastery of all culinary techniques
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to satisfy a highly demanding clientele
