Responsibilities

• Support the Chef in delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to foster a positive, efficient work environment
• Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and record-keeping while minimizing waste
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing kitchen team members
• Help identify and hire great culinary talent

Requirements

• 5 years of culinary experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory kitchen role
• Food Safety and WHMIS certification
• Knowledge of kitchen training best practices and SOPs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
