Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise high-quality production for banquets, events, and ceremonies
- Work closely with the Head Chef and brigade to ensure impeccable service
- Maintain hotel standards and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the kitchen team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in banquet catering within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and stress
- Proficiency in Italian and excellent communication skills
