- Work with the Culinary team at the Delonix Hotel Karawang
- Deliver innovative and creative cuisine
- Manage culinary operations in a high-pressure environment
- Perform regular menu engineering and maintain up-to-date market lists
- Manage profit and loss goals
Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 2 years of culinary management experience in high-volume restaurants
- Proven track record of delivering creative cuisine
- Strong leadership and operational strategy skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and HACCP best practices
- 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
