  • Deliver innovative and creative cuisine

  • Manage profit and loss goals

Requirements

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum 2 years of culinary management experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Proven track record of delivering creative cuisine
  • Strong leadership and operational strategy skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and HACCP best practices
  • 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
