Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency
• Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to TBK standards
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
• Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and reduce wastage
• Support menu development and contribute new ideas
• Ensure smooth service during peak hours and handle kitchen issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-volume restaurant
• Must be fluent in spoken Arabic
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with high attention to detail
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to join within 15–30 days
