Sourcing/Meeting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end meeting and event programs from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to onsite execution and final billing
• Act as the primary client liaison, building project timelines and workflows to ensure timely execution of program objectives
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with hotels, venues, and third-party suppliers using Cvent
• Coordinate logistics including registration, air travel, and site inspections
• Develop and maintain accurate program budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliations
• Lead regular status meetings and conduct post-program debriefs with clients
• Manage VIP and executive-level projects, including specialized logistics and incentives

Requirements

• Proven experience in meetings management and client management
• Comprehensive proficiency with Cvent
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%-30% of the time
• Must be located on the West Coast (California)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation
