Sourcing Unit Technology & Innovation Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure execution of VIP Programs in the category
• Manage overall SU Program and act as a single point of contact for Technology inputs
• Drive Capex Management, supporting short, medium, and long-term investment for growth and innovation
• Lead the implementation and delivery of various capital projects across the site
• Drive Innovation Excellence by leading EPM and supporting EEM/DFM
• Ensure effective links between R&D, Planning, and factories for innovation and capacity
• Perform technical risk assessments to avoid quality issues
• Ensure technology harmonisation, simplification, and flexible manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and regional regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of process and technology/equipment associated with an FMCG company
• Experience in Quality in Innovation for Manufacturing, including statistical analysis and process control
• Experience with supplier assessment, risk assessments, and validation of operations
• Ability to prepare machine/process stream specifications and manage machinery projects
• Understanding of materials conversion processes
