Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company's sourcing requirements
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure specifications and compliance
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize the procurement strategy
• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies to ensure a competitive advantage
• Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• 0-2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions
• Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills
