About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- Partner with corporate stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risk
- Conduct spend analysis to support category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
- Identify and implement procurement process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Exposure to indirect or corporate services categories
- Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with P2P systems such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
- Exposure to professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM) or pursuit of an MBA
