Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management
• Partner with corporate stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risk
• Conduct spend analysis to support category strategies with measurable cost savings
• Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
• Exposure to indirect or corporate services categories
• Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with P2P systems such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba
• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
• Exposure to professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM) or pursuit of an MBA
