Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and logistics activities for the CAPEX project portfolio to ensure optimal total cost of ownership
• Execute sourcing operations and prepare strategies to consolidate demand and achieve best cost pricing via ERP RFX
• Manage the annual Supplier Price Increase (SPI) process for yearly orders
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, including volume consolidation, standardization, and automation of purchase orders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate procurement performance
• Manage local and regional supplier relationships, contracts, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and category managers to align on sourcing initiatives and priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement or project procurement
• Expertise in Category and Sourcing Strategy
• Proven skills in Supplier Selection, Qualification, and Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of Negotiations and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Project Management, and Performance/Process Management using digital tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Category Management training or certification
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
