Sourcing & Procurement Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as sourcing contributions, spend under management, and supplier performance
• Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and classification efforts to improve reporting accuracy
• Partner with category managers to provide data-driven insights for sourcing initiatives
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Assist in sourcing events (RFx) by collecting spend data and performing bid response analysis
• Develop Power BI dashboards for MRP validation and apply planning assumptions
• Execute and monitor MRP processes in SAP APO/ECC, including BOM management and inventory analysis
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to align purchase orders and resolve supply issues

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar data-driven finance role
• Proficiency with SQL or other database languages
• Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization
• Advanced Excel skills for forecasting, data validation, and scenario analysis
• Solid understanding of MRP principles, demand-supply planning, and inventory optimization
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable findings
