Sourcing & Order Acceptance Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define allocation and delivery dates for offers and orders to optimize profit and ensure delivery compliance.
• Coordinate necessary actions for orders to become operative and manage the booking acceptance process.
• Perform stock replenishment for Long Term Agreements (LTA).
• Manage sales order acceptance and perform offer loading by gathering required information.
• Maintain Business Unit volumes in alignment with Sales Forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, management standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, Chemical, or Production).
• 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain; experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering documents, and tender requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
